- Guide to Using the Toyoko Inn

The Toyoko Inn offers two types of barrier-free rooms so that guests using wheelchairs enjoy a comfortable stay.

[ A Type ]
A Type

Bathing room, toilet and sink are spread out in a single area with lots of space. The size, type (single or twin) and layout of each room differ at each hotel, so please inquire directly to each hotel.

[ B Type ]
B Type

The toilet and sink in this type of room are separate from the bathing room. Type B rooms are designed to accommodate a wide variety of guests, including guests who use wheelchairs. Toyoko Inn is now striving to enhance its efforts on this type of room.

For the time being, Internet reservations cannot be accepted for Type A and Type B Accessible Rooms. If you would like to book one of these rooms, please make a reservation directly with a specific hotel by phone or fax.
All Accessible Rooms are non-smoking.

We can provide the following types of assistance to guests with disabilities.

The hotel can loan the following items upon request.
Accompaniment to room upon request.
Rearrange room furniture (wheelchair users).
Open or close curtains.
Fill out registration card (visually impaired guests).

* Due to our obligations to other guests, please note that we are unable to provide assistance with matters such as eating, use of the toilet, bathing or getting dressed.
If you require such assistance, please arrange for your own attendant.

Items that Can Be Borrowed

Hotels with Accessible Rooms can provide the following items. Please inquire about borrowing them when you make your reservation(these items are being gradually introduced at all hotel locations).

Toyoko Inn hotels are designed with equitability and comfort in mind. For this reason, we have remodeled our barrier-free rooms into Accessible Rooms that can comfortably be used by a wide variety of guests, not just those with disabilities or seniors.
