[ Check-In ]
- Check-in is from 16:00. You can go through check-in procedures before 16:00, however you will not be able to enter your room until 16:00.
- Check-In for Toyoko Inn Club members is 15:00(Club benefit since April, 2003).
- Payment for your stay is made at check-in. A receipt will be ready for you at check-out.
- Please be aware Toyoko Inn requires that foreign nationals allow their passport information to be photocopied.
[ Front Desk ]
- There is no curfew for guests who have already checked in.
- Please leave your key at the front desk when leaving the hotel.
- There is a Toyoko Inn Club corner at the front desk. Club members only need to fill in their member number and name for easy check-in.
- Female guests will receive a Ladies Set upon check-in, and may request an additional set daily at the front desk from the second day of a multiple-night stay.
- Guests who would like a bar of soap or shower cap can ask for them at the front desk.
- We request that you visit the front desk to borrow any items.
- Services that require a fee (photocopying, fax, dry cleaning, parcel delivery, massages, etc.) are handled by the front desk.
- The Toyoko Inn policy will consider your reservations as cancelled if you do not check-in by your indicated arrival time and have not contacted the hotel.Always contact the hotel if you will arrive later than the planned time.
- You will be charged a cancellation fee if you do not arrive by 16:00 on the day of your reservation. A cancellation fee of 50% is charged between 16:00 and 22:00, while the cancellation fee after 22:00 is 100%.
[ Check-Out ]
- Check-out is 10:00.
- If you do not check out by the appointed time, you will be charged an additional fee for late check-out. Between 10:00 and 14:00, this fee is 1,050 yen per hour. After 14:00, if the hotel is not fully booked, you will be charged the full cost of an additional night. Late-check outs are not allowed when the hotel is fully booked.
- The cost of any phone calls will be added to your bill at check-out.
- Unless you make a specific request, room cleaning will be finished by 16:00. Please apply to the front desk if you require your room to be ready at an earlier time.
- Sleep-sharing is allowed only for elementary school children or younger. Junior high school students are considered as adults.
- Sleep-sharing is limited to one child per bed. Therefore, one child is allowed to sleep-share in a double room and two children are allowed to sleep-share in a twin room.
- There is no charge for children who sleep-share. However, amenity goods and a pillow will not be provided, but can be supplied for a fee of 1,050 yen.
