From Apr. 1st 2025, our cancellation policy will be revised as follows:

Previous policy

In the case of cancellation after 16:00 on the day of check in or in the case of a no show, you will be charged 100％ of the accommodation fee.

Revision

In the case of cancellation after 12:00 on the day of check in or in the case of a no show, you will be charged 100％ of the accommodation fee.

There is no change to the cancellation rate for group bookings.
